We work on a management share of the revenue your home earns. There are no fixed monthly management fees and no management charge until your home is live and booking. Cleaning and approved operating costs are itemised transparently. Request a written quote showing the management share, its calculation basis, channel charges, applicable VAT and other property costs.
Can I still use my Dubai property myself?
Yes. You can block personal-use dates and keep control of your pricing floor. We manage only the nights you make available to guests.
Do I need a DET permit for a holiday home in Dubai?
Yes. Short-term holiday homes in Dubai require a permit from Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism. As a DET-licensed operator, Purple Holiday Homes can handle the application and annual renewal process for owners.
